Minmetals Resources Limited (MMR) is a base metals mining company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 1208). Our ultimate controlling shareholder is China Minmetals Corporation (71.56%) and public shareholders (28.44%) including global resources and investment funds.
